Thermal design, BMS architecture, the five quality gates every unit passes, and the standards we hold on our storage lines — plus what sits with you as the economic operator under EU 2023/1542.
Cell-to-cell temperature spread is held within 3 K at 35 °C ambient under 0.5 C continuous operation, on the liquid-cooled cabinet. Temperature spread is what drives the weakest cell, and the weakest cell is what ends the pack — not the average.
The figure is quoted with the ambient and the C-rate attached, because a spread number without them means nothing. Ask any supplier for the conditions before you compare.
CAN, RS485, RS232, SMBus, I²C, Bluetooth, GPS and 4G across the range. System-level cabinets expose Modbus TCP and IEC 104; rack modules expose Modbus RTU for gateway integration.
The BMS communication protocol document ships with the unit — not as a support ticket three weeks after commissioning.
Applied to every unit before despatch, with the record filed against the serial number.
Voltage spread ≤ 5 mV, internal-resistance spread ≤ 0.2 mΩ. Capacity measured, not declared.
First-article pull test, metallurgical inspection, in-line CCD detection.
100 % hipot at 1,000–2,000 V; BMS communication and every protection path tested.
Multi-point, multi-cycle at 1 C with continuous voltage and temperature monitoring.
Low pressure, thermal shock, vibration, short circuit — then final inspection for appearance, function, polarity and serial label.

Anything not yet in the file is quoted with a test lead time before contract — we would rather tell you the date than discover it at the FAT.
Site-specific requirements are mapped in the technical annex for each project, not assumed from the country of destination.

Under Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, the carbon-footprint declaration, recycled content, due diligence and the battery passport sit with the economic operator placing the unit on the market.
We supply the inputs we hold — chemistry, mass balance, test reports, unique identifiers — and state in writing what you must source elsewhere. That sentence is worth having before a tender, not after.
UN 38.3 test summary, Class 9 documentation, MSDS, sea-worthy packing and a container loading plan issued with every shipment, prepared for the forwarder you nominate.
Floor area, overall height, clearances, cable entry and lifting points are issued per model as a dimensioned drawing, with the acoustic level at 1 m and the heat rejection the HVAC design needs.
Voltage window, energy, power and C-rate, duty profile, installation environment, destination country. That is enough for a first proposal.
