The serial-numbered unit built for your order is photographed at FAT, and those photographs are issued with the test record. You approve the actual hardware before it is packed.
Tell us which model family and which country the project is in. We send the datasheet and drawing set for that family, and flag anything that needs a test lead time.
Voltage window, energy, power and C-rate, duty profile, installation environment, destination country. That is enough for a first proposal.
